Enrico Arras has spent two decades in real estate. A chartered surveyor (geometra) by training, he still approaches every project with the rigor of someone who measures before he builds.
His track record spans Europe and the United States, with early U.S. experience in Miami dating back to 2011. He previously founded and led a real estate company listed on Euronext Growth Milan — a capital-markets background that shapes how SHN structures, budgets and delivers.
